Our team looks forward to providing you a wonderful salon experience!
Here are a few things to familiarize yourself with before your visit;
We ask for a 24 hour notice to change or cancel an existing appointment.
We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are changed, cancelled or missed without a 24 hour notice.
After (2)incidences of a guest changing, cancelling or missing an appointment without a 24 hour notice, we will require prepayment to book any future appointment. The prepayment will be non refundable if the appointment is again changed, cancelled or missed without a 24 hour notice.
If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment the service time may be cut short, but we reserve the right to charge for the full service.
If a guest is more than 30 minutes late we reserve the right cancel the appointment and charge for the full service.
In the event you’re unhappy with the outcome of a service, please contact us within 2 weeks of your appointment
We are committed to providing a comfortable, restful and relaxing environment for all our guests.
Because of this, we do not provide services for children under 6 years of age. We also ask that children do not accompany your appointment unless they are able to remain in the waiting room and entertain themselves quietly. (Use of electronic devices is allowed and encouraged if needed; however we ask they remain on silent or be used with headphones)
We are happy to provide services for children 6 years of ages and older; however, we reserve the right to cancel or end the appointment early if they are unable to sit for the entirety of their service.
Please note that the shampoo room and styling stations are spaces designated for those receiving services only.
